Slum2School, a volunteer-driven organisation has launched the first virtual learning classroom in Africa. The virtual learning classroom aims to connect thousands of children from the slums to tutors and expert mentors. The organisation hopes to reach 10,000 children this year.

Former Director-General of the Bureau Service Reforms in Nigeria has announced that he has been appointed to drive digital identification of Nigerians by 2025. This digital identification is to be linked with the Bank Verification Number (BVN), Drivers’ license and the National Identification Number (NIN).
