If you’re looking to buy a budget device soon, there’s a new device you may want to consider. Infinix Mobility has launched the Infinix HOT 3 – the successor to the Infinix HOT 2 which was launched in 2015 and they’re promising that this new device will wow you. They may be right you know?
The HOT 3 comes with a 5.5inch, 720p touch screen with (the usual) capacitive touch buttons, a 5MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and autofocus. It also comes with a 3000mAh battery that supports fast charging and OTG reverse charging.
This latest addition to the HOT series runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop (why not the Marshmallow eh Infinix?) with Infinix’s custom UI called the XUI on top.
As always, we’ve got a review unit that we’re currently checking out and would drop articles on our first impressions of the device in coming days.
One more thing though, the Infinix HOT 3 isn’t an Android One device unlike its predecessor and I’m wondering why that’s the case. But you need not worry, by the time we’re done with the full review we’ll be able to give you all our thoughts as to how powerful a budget smartphone Infinix’s latest addition really is.
