DIYlaw.ng wins Innovating Justice Awards

DIYlaw.ng, a startup founded by three Nigerian female entrepreneurs has emerged overall winner of the Innovating Justice Awards at the finals held in Netherlands. The competition was organised by The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL).

More than 200 innovators participated in the SME Empowerment in East and West Africa. They competed for the top prize to help them empower SME’s in Nigeria and the entire West Africa.

“Access to Finance, lack of infrastructure, corruption and legal”, co-founder Odunoluwa Longe stated. “DIYlaw is making legal, one less challenge to grapple with. Our value propositions are transparency, simplicity and affordability”.

Justice Entrepreneurs utilize innovation and technology to create access to justice. In addition to the cash prize of USD40,000 won by DIYlaw, DIYlaw also gets acceleration support, access to funding, networks and expert advice from HiiL.
