Nigeria’s commercial capital city of Lagos over the weekend hosted the country’s first ever e-commerce exhibition and seminar tagged eCEX2015.
The seminar was organised by the Ideas Hub and brought together the disruptive thinkers across the information technology and trade sector had participants explore the nation’s internet opportunities as well as chart a course to tap into the burgeoning growth expected.
Speaking at the panel discussion, Omolara Adagunodo, Head for Customer Service, Jovago Nigeria said, “Customer Service is the pivot on which a successful business runs. No matter what you are doing, excellent (not just good) service will always distinguish you and that is what we offer at Jovago.”
In line with supporting the industry, exhibitions and product showcases were presented by merchants committed to offering quality e-services to a wide range of clients.

At present, the company provides booking services to 7000 hotels within Nigeria. Its recent expansion to Ghana and Senegal are expected to double its output by the last quarter of the year.
The second edition of the eCEX is expected to hold in the third quarter of 2016.
