Customers of Emirates airline now have an additional payment option when booking flights with the announcement of a partnership with Interswitch which they said will offer customers greater convenience and choice as well as make the payment process more efficient.
With the partnership, Emirates customers can now book on Emirates website, obtain a payment reference and pay using Paydirect platform at any bank branch across the country, at any ATM machines, Quickteller website and Quickteller mobile applications.
Additionally, customers can pay by using their debit or prepaid cards directly on Emirates website.
“By integrating to the Interswitch network and adopting their payment solutions & channels, Emirates is adopting a multiple payment platform,” said Manoj Nair, Emirates’ regional manager West Africa. “This new feature will make it much easier for travellers to book their itinerary and pay for their flights whether through Emirates website or at any Emirates offices.”
