In line with its people-centric approach to business, Glover rolled-out a series of exciting and rewarding activities to further enhance customer experience during the celebration of this year’s international Customer Service Week with the theme, “Celebrate Service”.
Customer service week is an international annual celebration that recognizes the vital role of customer service in the success of a business and gives the opportunity to raise awareness of great customer service while recommitting to providing excellent customer service. It is typically observed during the first full week of October and was celebrated this year between Oct 3rd – 7th, 2022.
Glover in its celebration of the 2022 Customer Service Week engaged in a number of activities in order to promote a collaborative attitude and incorporate everyone, including customers. A week prior to the event, a rate hike campaign was launched on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
In addition to this, Glover created an exciting and rewarding program for the employees. From recognizing and giving cash prizes to the oldest staff in the company for their loyalty to gift prizes like washing machines, refrigerators and television to the top performing staff, Glover promoted excellence and a friendly work culture. For all employees, Glover organized a treasure hunt throughout the week-long event, where staff won items like power banks, laptop bags, etcetera.
Still in the spirit of customer service, Glover plans to launch her campaign for the month tagged “Xpress more, Xpress love” which is geared towards giving back to its community. According to the marketing department, the highlight of this campaign will be geared toward engaging its teeming customers, which will include social media challenges, rate increase, and several other prizes to be won.
