Hotel booking services company, Hotelnownow has introduced a range of new features and services as part of a brand relaunch.
The brand relaunch campaign with the slogan – ‘Why Pay More’ – kicked off with a new TV campaign featuring Funke Bucknor Obruthe, Creative Director and founder of Zapphaire Events – a leading events planning company in Nigeria. Partnering with Mrs Obruthe was a strategic decision by the company as it plans to focus the initial efforts of the campaign on Nigeria’s booming hospitality sector.
During the launch, Chief Sales and Commercial Officer for the hotelnownow.com, Mr. Okey Ochulo mentioned that the company’s brand and acquisition teams were responsible for extensively researching what new service offerings would better meet the needs of its customers and industry stakeholders.
As a result, aside from unveiling its new TV campaign, Hotelownow also made other announcements and they include;
- A new website, one which the company promises is more intuitive and user friendly and would allow users easily locate the best possible hotel deals.
- The inclusion of a customer loyalty rewards program called “Morewardz Loyalty program” to the site: With this program, customers acquire loyalty points for every booking they make on the site. Beneficiaries of the loyalty program get a loyalty card that also doubles as a charge card. The loyalty card can be used both to redeem points in the loyalty program and to make regular transactions. Redeemed points can be claimed at any time and converted into a hotel booking or can be used to pay for a variety of other services at any hotel in the network. hotelnownow.com says its the first and only online sub Saharan African hotel booking site to offer a loyalty program to its users today.
- The introduction of a new called the ‘Corporate Edge Package’: this package is specially designed to allow organizations make corporate reservations for rooms and meeting rooms easily..
