Microsoft has expanded its range of services that its Cloud Solutions Providers (CSP) partners can offer to small-and-medium business customers. The company made this announcement at the just concluded Worldwide Partner Conference.
This expanded service will give customers access to a wider range of cloud-based tools bundled into one simple bill from a single vendor, who becomes their hands-on partner in cloud computing. The new offerings now includes Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, in addition to Office 365, Windows Intune and Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).
Microsoft strongly believes that its Cloud solution Partners would now be better equipped to help Small and Medium scale Businesses (SMB) leverage cloud technology as they provided the SMBs with much needed guidance.
With respect to this, Public Relations & Communications Lead at Microsoft Nigeria, Oluwamuyemi Orimolade said “Cloud solution partners are vital in helping SMEs choose the right tools for specific business goals. First, SMEs need to define what their exact goals are – too often they jump into the cloud without a clear understanding of what it is they want cloud computing to help them achieve.”
