Modify your NIN securely via the official NIN modification portal

Why Use the NIN Modification Portal?

The NIN modification portal is the only secure way to update your details. Using third-party websites can expose your personal data to fraudsters. The commission emphasized that all modifications should be done via SelfserviceModification.nimc.gov.ng.

Warning Against Unauthorized Websites

NIMC has cautioned the public about fraudulent sites claiming to modify NIN details. Attempting to update your information elsewhere may lead to identity theft.

“The modification portal ensures that all updates are secure and verified. Using unauthorized websites can compromise your data,” NIMC stated.
