Nokia PureBook Pro Laptops set to launch in 22 markets!

Finally, Nokia has launched two laptops for sale in more regions. The Nokia PureBook Pro will come in two models.

Nokia may still be scrabbling along the way to smartphone prevalence but may be showing dauntless courage in its venture into laptops. The launch of two new PureBook Pro laptops is Nokia‘s newest effort in mobile electronics.

While Nokia already produced a few laptops in recent past, none of them launched globally. All of that is set to change with the Nokia PureBook Pro. Two laptops, a powerful processor to boost creativity and massive screen sizes, which may be the biggest we have seen on a traditional laptop.

Nokia PureBook Pro Models; Spec Similarities and Differences

The first PureBook Pro model comes with a 15.6” FHD IPS screen, which is very big and ideal for graphics designing and content consumption. The second model comes with an even bigger 17.3” FHD IPS screen, this size happens to be the largest we have seen on a laptop. This might be too big a screen, but that size enables the 17.3” model to house an even bigger trackpad, measuring up to 17×9.5 as against the 14×8 trackpad on the smaller model.

In terms of battery capacity, the smaller 15.6” PureBook Pro model has a 57Wh battery, whereas the larger 17.3” model houses a 63Wh battery. More size, more battery!

Per similarities, the two PureBook Pro models share the same processor, which is the 12th gen Intel® Core™ i3. They both also support fast charging at 64w, which helps give your battery more juice faster than regular laptops. Both laptops run Windows 11 out of the box and have a fingerprint scanner that supports Hello Windows for added security.

Final Verdict

It is good to see that this time, more regions will be able to purchase PureBook Pro. This is the first Nokia laptop that will be available to more than one region and they will be coming to Africa!

The pricing of the PureBook Pro will be £699 for the 15.6” model and £799 for the 17.3” model. Nokia looks like they are keeping to their brand promise of sturdy hardware like with their smartphones. As such, the PureBook Pro will feel sturdy and be comfortable to use.

OFF global helped to bring these laptops to regions other than India which is the only country where Nokia laptops have been sold for a while. A total of 22 countries will get the PureBook Pro when it goes into sale by April 2022 and the company has promised to announce new models towards the end of 2022.
