The iPhone SE entry from Apple has been an iteration of previous iPhone flagships. For the past two generations, the SE series has always given “vibes from the past.” Recent reports however suggest that Apple is shaking things up with the next SE.
The past two iPhone SE devices (2020 and 2022) have a design similar to the iPhone 7 and 8. This old design language, one of which other brands are moving away from, is proving to be a dealbreaker for some people planning on getting an SE.
