Co-creation Hub (CcHUB), Africa’s largest innovation center has just announced the appointment of Ojoma Ochai as its new Managing Director. Ochai, a seasoned innovator and entrepreneur, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having played a pivotal role in shaping Nigeria’s creative industries.
Ochai’s appointment follows former CcHUB CEO, Bosun Tijani’s transition to serve as the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Prior to her appointment as MD, Ochai served as the Managing Partner of CcHUB’s Creative Economy Practice, where she spearheaded innovative initiatives that revitalized the creative sector. Her leadership and passion for fostering creative solutions have been instrumental in propelling Africa’s creative industries to new heights.
In a statement, CcHub said, with Ochai, it is on track for growth to foster stronger partnerships with its wide range of collaborators, strengthen its Pan-African footprint, and deepen its impact in supporting the continent’s innovation ecosystem.

Beyond her impressive achievements in the African innovation landscape, Ochai also holds a unique position as a member of the board of Jack Dorsey and Jay-Z’s Bitcoin company, BTrust.
