One of Africa’s major online classifieds OLX has rolled out a new service believed to be one of the ways it is striving to achieve profitability. OLX has introduced Do It For Me (D.I.F.M), a paid user support service that will allow users to manage the posting and selling of items on the site.

OLX believe the move will allow it to increase its user base. With the new service, busy OLX users will entrust the sale of their goods to the OLX Champs who are sales experts.

According to Daan Sanders, CEO Middle East & Africa, OLX, “D.I.F.M is another innovative way our platform makes life easier and safer for our users”.

The firm said the service will make its platform safer and easier to use by those who are not computer literate but have items to sell.
