Opay Nigeria rebrands as it marks 5th year anniversary

Multifaceted fintech company, Opay Nigeria  is marking its 5th year anniversary in the Nigerian Market and has unveiled a new logo.

Opay entered the Nigerian Market in 2018, as Opay Nigeria and has since recorded significant growth becoming a household name in the financial services sector in Nigeria.

In its 5 years of existence, Opay has grown to over 40 million users, 500,000 agents, and 300,000 merchants who have found the platform reliable for their daily transactions .

According to Opay, the newly unveiled logo symbolizes this significant growth and the great impact the company has had on Nigerian fintech solutions. 

It also represents its promise of enhanced services, and technological advancements, as well as its aim to solidify its position as the most reliable financial platform in Nigeria, as it enters a new era.

The company has also expanded its range of products and services to include provision of easy-to-use financial and lifestyle services to all its customers including individuals, agents and businesses across the country. 

The new logo is a simple letter “O” completed by a small square.

Explaining the logo, Opay says the “O” represents a loop that signifies its dedication to continuous provision of bespoke and impeccable services  as well as its commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving financial landscape. 

The square element in the logo indicates the newly launched Opay debit card that gives its over 40 million users access to easier transactions and payments by linking  their cards to their wallets.

The company says it intends to continue leveraging technology in order to deliver effective and reliable financial solutions to its customers as it looks forward to the future and also to expand its product offers, enhance its features and broaden its market reach .
