P2Vest launches mobile insurance product

This is a first-of – its- kind innovation in the Nigerian startups ecosystem as P2Vest is the first startup fully licensed by FCCPC and NAICOM to launch an Insurance product.

P2Vest Technology Limited, a Nigerian Fintech Startup, has announced the launch of a new product, P2Vest Insurance Parasol.

According to the company, the product will provide a lasting solution to both individuals and businesses. 

The new product helps them to easily buy and make claims on insurance products, from their mobile phones. Products like motor and property Insurance, health and life Insurance etc.

CEO and Founder of P2Vest, Austine Abolusoro said the operations of the company in the last two years have been geared towards the goal of bridging the financial inclusion gap, which they have taken a notch higher by creating a quality insurance marketplace for users.

Expressing his confidence in the company and its product, he said: “We are bringing convenience to individuals, with fast-paced insurance solutions on their mobile phones and we look forward to creating more inclusive products.  I am also glad to tell you that P2Vest is a pioneer of this kind of technology-driven insurance product in Nigeria. P2Vest is providing a one – stop channel for Insurance purchase, premium management and Claims Management.

In its bid to stay true to its commitment to increase the quality of life for individuals,  Insurance Parasol has signed SLAs with 12 companies, four of which are fully onboard and live on the mobile app.

The COO of P2Vest Technology, Samuel Abolusoro also mentioned that P2Vest Insurance Parasol creates an avenue for individuals to access quality insurance products  from the big names in the industry.

With partnership with the big names of the insurance sector like Heirs General Insurance Limited, Sovereign Trust Insurance, AIICO Insurance, PRA BROKERS, Cornerstone Insurance, Universal Insurance and Royal Exchange Insurance, the company believes that partnerships enable its expansion of digital offering to users and further advances its commitment to driving, financial inclusion.
