We’ve been waiting for more details on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and instead of making a show of it at the Mobile World Congress, the company released a teaser which I didn’t quite get at first.
When I watched the video, my reaction was like, “Err… What just happened?” That’s because it doesn’t reveal much. In fact, I had to tell my boss to explain what was going on. I was looking for juicy details on the device and I was very disappointed as the video just showed “this is a phone” then, “this was a phone” and some other bants before the official launch date showed up. I guess Samsung wants to leave you begging for more. Well the Galaxy S8 will be launched on the 29th of March 2017 and the event will take place in New York.
From the video, Samsung doesn’t exactly show off the Galaxy S8, but it does hint at the front design that we have been seeing. From what we can gather, the Galaxy S8 will feature a massive screen-to-body ratio.
