Speaking at the South Africa unveiling of the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear in Cape Town, Director of Hand Held Products at Samsung Electronics West Africa, Mr. Emmanouil Revmatas, described the premium service as part of Samsung’s efforts at providing its consumers with a worry-free life.

Also, Unlike the original ADH warranty, Samsung Premium enables users of the Galaxy Note 3 to carry over their unused incidents when they buy a new, premium Samsung device within the warranty period. The service also boasts a dedicated VIP call centre to address consumers’ queries concerning the device.
Samsung will also be offering a trade in and upgrade programme for consumers who purchase the Galaxy Note 3, guaranteeing the future value of the device by up to 25%, to be used on the purchase of consumers’ next premium Samsung Galaxy device. Customers who purchase the Galaxy Note 3 will be able to get 25% back within 12 months, to be used as a discount on their next premium purchase.
Premium Samsung devices are those of the Galaxy S lineage as well as the Note device series. Samsung Premium will be available on the Galaxy Note 3 and all future releases in Samsung’s premium categories.
According to Revmatas, the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear are already available for purchase at Samsung stores and accredited dealers across Nigeria. “Customers that purchase the Galaxy Note 3 from Samsung stores and accredited dealers in Nigeria can register for the service by downloading and installing the Samsung Premium application from the Samsung Apps Store or Google Play on their devices. In the event of damage, registered customers will be able to take their device to an authorized Samsung Service Centre for replacement. Consumers can also track details such as their warranty start date and claims status using the app,” Revmatas explained.
