Seedstar World has announced a partnership with Uber Nairobi to every Uber passenger between Monday and Tuesday morning ability to record a startup pitch and have the chance to be invited to pitch at the Seedstars World Event on October 2nd, where it will compete for a trip to Geneva and an investment of up to 500k USD.
There is only one spot left to present a startup at the competition and Seedstars World has partnered with Uber to give those who want to spice up their Monday morning with a convincing pitch the chance to compete for the last spot and make their travelling in an Uber more entertaining.
Between 6am on Monday, September 21st and 9am on Tuesday, September 22nd entrepreneurs can do the following steps to participate:
- Download the Uber app for iPhone, Android, or Blackberry
- Request a ride
- While in the ride, take a video with your phone introducing your driver and your 60 second business pitch
- Post the pitch onto the Seedstars World Facebook page
- Share the post on your page while tagging Uber Nairobi and using the Hashtag #UberSeed
- On Tuesday morning, the winner will be announced and invited to the Seedstars World Event.
The best entrepreneur in Nairobi will get the chance to pitch it in front of 150+ people at the Seedstars Nairobi Event on October 2nd
