Signal Alliance, one of Nigeria’s leading IT service providers and an end-to-end system integrator is gearing up for this year’s edition of Customer Week. The event which will hold between March 7 to March 11, 2016 is supported by Microsoft, the world’s leading software company, and Cisco, the leading provider of Cloud infrastructure.
Some of the key activities lined up for week include: National IT Security roundtable, Signal Alliance Enterprise Customers Night, a CSR program and other customers’ interaction activities.
The Security roundtable with the theme ‘Securing an Online Nigeria’ will bring leading industry practitioners to discuss the implication of the increasingly impact of online activity by Nigerians on the Nation. It will provide a platform to discuss security implications of businesses and governments moving their operations online and will look at the ways by which Nigeria can secure its online presence without compromising the benefits of businesses, governments and individuals transacting online.
In addition,the roundtable will examine issues like data sovereignty as companies and governments move data to the cloud. National issues on IT security, its impacts on businesses and how technology can be used to provide good governance, manage and keep businesses profitable. Various stakeholders in the public and private sectors, technology experts and journalists will participate in the roundtable. It will take place at on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in Lagos.
The Signal Alliance Enterprise Customer Night is a forum for interaction and recognition of the Signal Alliance Enterprise Customers. Signal Alliance will use the evening to recognize Enterprise customers who have stood by the company in its 20 years’ history.
This year’s Corporate Social Responsibility program will involve raising fund in support of scholarship and support of a nursery school in Orodo community, Imo State.
