Imagine when you go to the store to buy a phone and then you are presented with an unexpected big box or say you order online, expecting to receive the regular sized phone pack and then the delivery guy puts a massive sized box to your face. Well I just gave you a tip as to what to expect when you choose to buy the new TECNO Boom J8.
TECNO has launched the Boom J8 smartphone, a successor to the music dedicated Boom J7 which was released a year ago. Specially made for audiophiles, you won’t expect less and to put an icing on the cake, TECNO has complemented the music function with an appealing design and a free Boom Headphone. A good combination of metal and plastic has taken the design to a whole new level.- YES new design which looks more like the iPhone, I think it also shares the same design with the InnJoo 2.
So here is what makes up the unexpected big pack: very soon you will begin to see people with TECNO headphones as TECNO is offering a free Boom Headphone along with the Boom J8, something to really spice up the audio experience. This headphone is packed in a blue box alongside the bright yellow box containing the smartphone itself.
Upon opening the yellow box, you are welcomed by the neatly placed Boom J8.
There is a sharp excitement that made me quickly take the phone out and have a look at its new design which is absolutely different from the predecessor and other Tecno devices. It is slim, made of plastic and metal, a more comfortable hold than the Phantom 5.
Opening further into the box, you have the USB cable, a charging plug and a small slim rectangular box containing a phone case.
Next is to open up the blue Boom headphone pack with a transparent see through top that teases you about the headphone itself.
So that is all you have in the box, The Boom J8 phone, USB cable, charger, phone case and a Boom Headphone.
