MANSORY … Show You the Money

“Are you gonna dance o

If I show you my money

Are you gonna dance o

If I show you the way

Are you gonna dance o

If I show you my pocket

Are you gonna dance o

If I show you my wallet

I will show you the money o”

Wizkid “Show You The Money”

There are few German tuning companies which serve the demands of noveau riche customers in emerging markets as well as Mansory does. Performance tuning has its physical limits, and a 1,000 or even 1,200 hp engine is no big news any more. With that said, exterior and interior design becomes even more important to a clientele which lives up to the motto: “Show you the money! Show you my pocket!” A Mercedes G 63 AMG 6×6 is not flashy enough? Get a 828 hp MANSORY version in yellow. Your Bugatti Veyron is not special enough? No problem for MANSORY. You get the idea. If very special is not special enough for you, MANSORY certainly can help.

MANSORY RR Ghost Series II front

MANSORY Rolls-Royce Ghost

MANSORY focuses on customizing high-end luxury vehicles, without being committed to a single car brand. Their repertoire spans over 13 automotive brands so far, including Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini and Rolls-Royce to name a few.

MANSORY RR Ghost Series II siteMANSORY gave the Rolls-Royce Ghost production engine a performance boost of 652 hp and 1,050 Nm torque (production model: 570 hp and 750 Nm) through a specialized exhaust system and a performance optimizing control unit. With those modifications, the MANSORY Rolls-Royce Ghost can sprint 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, and hits a top speed of 280 km/h.

MANSORY RR Ghost Series II interior1The vehicle’s centre of gravity has been lowered by around 50 mm, and the MANSORY Rolls-Royce Ghost comes with massive 22” wheels. Last but not least, MANSORY offers a custom made, handcrafted interior created by in-house saddlers. Which, by the way is also offered by default through Rolls-Royce, but for some customers “enough is not enough”.

This MANSOYRY 6×6 is packed with genuine racing components: pistons, connecting rods, big end bearings, crankshaft, crank and cylinder heads. In concert with the re-designed exhaust system, the MANSORY 6×6 achieves 828 hp, the maximum torque rises to an electronically limited 1,000 Nm. Naturally, customers can compose their very own personal interior from an almost endless combination of leather, Alcantara, wood, carbon, or aluminium trim elements.

MANSORY TOROFEO

The MANSORY Torofeo which is an interpretation of the Lamborghini Huracán is MANSORY’S latest development. Referring back to the Spanish “Toro” meaning bull and the Super Trofeo Motorsports Range, MANSORY named the sports car TOROFEO. Changes have been made to the body, engine and interior, making the “little” Lambo significantly more aggressive and powerful.

MANSORY-TOROFEO-3

MANSORY rebuilt the 5.2 litre capacity V10 engine driving peak power up to 1,250 hp (series: 610 hp). The engineering division had to limit maximum torque electronically at 1,000 Nm. Still, the four wheel drive sports car needs merely 2.7 seconds to race from 0 to 100 km/h and accelerates to a top speed of 340 km/h.

Lamborghini unveiled the concept SUV named Urus at the Beijing Motor Show in 2012, and in 2013 the company’s CEO Stephan Winkelmann confirmed the vehicle will go into production. With MANSORY’s affection for extreme cars, it’s very likely the German tuning boutique will customize and enhance this model shortly upon its release. Stay tuned!
