The Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre is looking for eligible Female STEM professionals to serve as Mentors in her MentorHer programme.

W.TEC’s MentorHer Programme is aimed at supporting young women studying STEM courses at the tertiary level, sharing important technical tips and life skills, which will be instrumental in helping them succeed as technology professionals.

This mentoring programme will provide a platform for the young women to gain first-hand knowledge from experienced women in technology fields, so they start and navigate their careers in a more informed and strategic manner.

An effective mentor understands that his or her role is to be dependable, engaged, authentic, and tuned into the needs of the mentee.
